Maurice Moore came to us as a multifaceted artist talented in music, film, and storytelling—but without a scalable business engine. His brand lacked cohesion, his audience was split between superfans and aspiring creatives, and his income was overly dependent on music streaming. The mission was clear: reposition Maurice not just as an artist, but as a creative visionary and founder with a monetizable world of products, experiences, and influence.
We started by refining his visual identity and brand clarity, developing a cinematic, high-perception look that resonated across platforms. Then we separated his audience into two core groups: fans, and creators. For fans, we launched music drops and collectors’ merch. For creatives, we built out vocal presets, personal brand guides, and direct consulting offers. Behind all of it, we embedded a conversion system that funneled content into action.
From there, we executed a dual-pronged content strategy, mixing behind-the-scenes storytelling with short-form performance and direct engagement tactics. Within 6 weeks, Maurice’s Instagram following jumped from 20K to 43K. Over 2,000 buyers joined his email list. His engagement rates and conversion touchpoints dramatically increased, thanks to targeted launches, high-value products, and personalized community engagement.
